This is an antique gilded brass home altar, reliquary (templete style) in Neo-Gothic or French style, probably from the 19th century. The object is constructed like the miniature interior of a church with a crucifixion, angels on the side and a velvet base.

​ 28 cm high attests that the brass or bronze elements are relatively thin, hollow and extremely finely cast. This indicates high-quality French or Belgian manufacturing dating from the late 19th century.
